Espresso Tonic

Espresso and tonic: a surprising, delicious combination. The bitterness of both drinks result in a refreshing drink with a boost. Mix espresso with tonic water and you'll get the perfect summer drink. Brighten up your day, enjoy during Sunday Brunch or serve as a non-alcoholic coffee cocktail at a party. Tonic might be espresso's new best friend. Try for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 strong espresso, we recommend L'OR Espresso Forza or Espresso Splendente

  • 150ml Tonic Water

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 slice of lemon zest (decoration)

 

Preparation

  1. Make one espresso and cool it down. You can choose which espresso you'd like, if you need a caffeine kick, we recommend to use a double espresso. For a more balances Espresso and Tonic drink, use one espresso, such as Splendente or Forza.

  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  3. Pour over the espresso. Your Espresso Tonic is almost ready.

  4. Add 150ml Tonic Water. Stir gently.

  5. Decorate your Espresso Tonic with a slice of lemon zest.

  6. Serve.
